Join the Downtown Alpharetta Trade Association for the Christmas Farmers Market along with the Arts and Crafts Market that will be held in conjunction with the Retail Stores Open House. We will end the day with the City of Alpharetta Christmas Tree lighting and the arrival of Santa Claus.
